“Who Else Wants A Button-Popping Chest…Sleeve-Ripping Arms…And Rock-Solid 6-Pack Abs?”

“You CAN have it… in under 3 hours a week. I’m talking less than 24 MINUTES A DAY!”

musclemanWould these opening lines attract you? Well, I know I did and if you are reading this article, then chances are that you too are looking for ways on how to build muscle quick.

I mean who wouldn’t be on a search for the fastest way to build muscle. Imagine the difference on adding on an extra inch of muscle to your body. A powerful body that commands respect and drive those gorgeous women crazy.

The problem is many have trained and sweat out long hours in the gym for months but instead of gaining that desired body, they end up with the same body same and size, exhausted and not to mention the multiple injuries sustained through the long hours of training.

Is that You? If yes, then you would be glad to know that Sean Nalewanyj’s “Muscle Gain Truth – No Fail System” offers the exact solution to this problem.

I bought a copy of Sean’s “Muscle Gain Truth” as it was highly recommended by a fellow bodybuilder that I met in the gym. Well To be honest, I expected to see some bullshit bragging about how you can gain muscles within such a short time. Unbelievable, I thought. But the fact that it came with an endorsement from 7 top experts in the same field and that his first program released back in 2007 was a top seller got me interested to find out a bit more about this new updated book. Anyway, it came with a guarantee so; I decided to give it a try. Why not… I can always return it if I’m not satisfied right?

What a pleasant surprise. I got hook the minute I started reading the huge 266 pages ebook.

And if you are wondering if Sean started off as being a blessed guy with good genes and a great body that comes easy, then you may be glad to know that he actually grew up as a skinny wimpy 120lbs guy. He is now a lean and muscular 200 lbs man with no lack of admirers. So you are hearing from someone who has been through it all, the hard work, the sweat, and not from someone who is talking airy-fairy by reading some theoretical stuff and regurgitating them back to you.

The problem with those who have failed lies mainly with the fact that they do not have a well-planned workout schedule. Most simply head straight to the gym and started to do all sorts of exercises available day in day out. This is absolutely wrong!

Some exercises are better in building muscles while others are not. So you need to train with those exercises that help stimulate muscle growth. These are called compound exercises. You also need to know the number of sets and reps to perform in each training session to achieve maximum gain. Ignorance to this is the main reason that most failed in their attempts.

Sean did a very good job in this aspect. Taking note that his readers are mainly beginners, Sean provided what I call a step-by-step muscles building program that takes you through the whole process. The type of exercises, number of sets and reps to do and time to train is all listed clearly for his readers. This is really a time saver for someone just starting on training as it takes away all research and guesswork for you. You don’t have to think what and how to do it; it’s all laid out in great details for you.

The description in the book comes with pictures and diagrams which further helps in explaining what Sean is trying to teach. If this is not enough, and still have you guessing as to how to best do the exercises, the Video lessons, given out as a bonus, show you exactly how to do the exercises in the proper way leaving no room for error that will hinder your development in any way. You are even given the use of his MCG tracker software program to keep track of your progress.

Another reason that many have failed in building muscles quickly is that they have totally ignored the importance of food. Foods are the building blocks for muscle growth. Without proper meals, your progress will definitely be slow.

But planning for a proper meal is no easy task either. You need to eat the right proportion of protein, carbohydrates and fats to provide the necessary nutrients that help muscle growth.

Sean take no chance in this and instead of having you eating the wrong food and failing, he has included specially 9 set meals which tells you exactly what to eat and when to eat. To make it even simpler for his readers, he even included a grocery list and cooking instructions. I find this particularly useful. Not only is it a time saver, I was totally confident and assured that I am getting a complete and balance diet that would lay the groundwork for maximum muscle growth.

On top of all these, I found an extra bonus in his offer that I did not find in any other guide books that I have bought previously. Sean has included some very useful tips that will speed up your recovery in between workout giving you sufficient rest that is crucial for your muscle building.

The only thing that readers may find bothersome is the volume of this book. It’s a 266 pages book filled with all nifty gritty stuff that you need to know about bodybuilding. But, once you started reading, I can assure you that you would find it hard to put it down. It’s all solid stuff that you will not find elsewhere all in one single book!

That’s not all as he offers much more in his full package. Check out “Muscle Gain Truth – No Fail System’’. It’ll give you that head start you needed in building those extra inches of muscle quick
